Bunny Suspension

In this class, Tamandua teaches a vertical suspension using the Bunny Tie with his model Elio. In the first video, utilizing the Bunny Tie taught in the ‘Harnesses’ section of the site, he demonstrates how this arms-over-head position lends itself to a sustainable upright suspension with the addition of a simple harness on the torso. In the second video he demonstrates how to achieve a vertical suspension using this modified version of the Bunny Tie.
