These terms apply to the Community Listings directory at shibaristudy.com/studios ("Directory") and take precedence over the general "Users Meet-ups" section of our main Terms & Conditions for any listing, event, or organizer found through the Directory.
- Informational purpose only. The Directory helps you discover in-person events, studios, and instructors. It is not a booking platform or marketplace.
- No verification or endorsement. Shibari Study does not verify, vet, or endorse any listing. Inclusion in the Directory is not a certification of quality or safety.
- Listers are independent. Studios, instructors, and organizers ("Listers") are independent third parties - not employees, agents, or partners of Shibari Study.
- Not a party to bookings or attendance. Shibari Study is not a party to any booking, payment, or attendance arrangement between you and a Lister.
- Attend at your own risk. You attend any listed event at your own discretion and risk. Read our guide on how to vet a listing first.
- Reporting. Use the Report button on a listing to flag Code of Conduct or legal concerns. We review reports and act on them - which may mean editing, suspending, or removing a listing.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
