GO TO GORGONE’S HIP HARNESS GUIDE In this class, Gorgone teaches her original Hip Harness with her model Becky. Designed from a model's perspective, this Hip-Harness is very well suited for dynamic self-suspensions and partnered suspensions and transitions. The original tie is particularly well suited for with more flexibility in the lower back and those who enjoy waist-loaded harnesses. The "wide front" variation demoed on her model Aja is designed to remove all pressure from the waist and lower back for bottoms who prefer hip-loaded harnesses. The very compact frontal stem gives this harness a very balanced distribution of the load between the three supportive layers and makes it very resistant to dynamic movements in suspension. The placements and tensions are designed to make it as comfortable as possible for inversions and bridge poses. In the suspension line video, Gorgone shows how to create a stable anchor point. In the Self Suspension class, she demonstrates exercises to help gain confidence and autonomy in a Hip-Harnesses. The demo video is a straightforward version of the same tie without talking. It is useful to overview the harness before studying the tutorial or to refresh your memory after you have watched the tutorial with full explanations. *Captions available for this series: English
