More about Espacio Takibi
TAKIBI was founded in 2023 by Roxu and Maria as a space to learn, practice, and share shibari. When Roxu moved to Berlin, several of their closest students, together with Maria, took on the collective responsibility of running the space, ensuring the continuity of both the project and the community that had grown around it.
Today, TAKIBI is run horizontally by its members. Our main goal is not only to teach shibari, but to support and grow the local rope community in Murcia. We strive to be a welcoming meeting place where people of all experience levels can learn, practice, share knowledge, meet like-minded people, and grow together in a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. Beyond workshops and rope jams, we are committed to strengthening the local scene and helping it continue to flourish.
