The Studio NW is owned by Mystrix, a neurodiverce femme rigger.

The ethos of the studio is making rope accessible and the tying, adjustable for as many bodies as possible.

We use both natural fibre and synthetic fibre ropes, and tie people of a variety of genders and sizes.

We have classes designed for newcomers and advanced practitioners alike and love seeing the shenanigans that happen during private hires!

    A Femme rigger and Iove teaching. My passion is being able to explain how things work and why, so that rope can be adjusted to meet the person in the rope! Also I adore passing on the tips and tricks I have picked up over the years!
