Dear Alex, we are sorry to hear that you are having issues with the captions. We just checked from different devices and the captions are working fine. Maybe try refreshing the page or playing the video from a different browser?

This is a good question! We are glad that you are seeking advice before moving on to suspensions. Jute is safe to use for suspensions, however 5.5mm is a little bit fragile and could lead to a rope breakage. We would recommend using 6mm and making sure the ropes you use for the uplines are new and healthy. To be on the safer side, you can use hemp or hempex (synthetic rope) which are much stronger, especially if you are doing dynamic suspensions that will stress the uplines more. We hope this is helpful!

You should use an Epsilon on the top wrap for more chest load and eventually add a secondary rope from the wrists to lift the arms. For partial suspensions, or if your partner is ok with it in full suspensions, you may also attach directly from the wrists with an Epsilon for a more extreme variation.

Yes the tie works for full inversions, all you have to do is raise the model's legs.

Thank you for sharing your experience with this issue here where other users can read and learn from it. You can always feel free to make modifications to the original structure in order to optimise it for your partner based on their feedback and your experience using a tie on them. Maybe you could try to use a different approach to the top wrap of this harness. Thank you again for sharing!

Thank you so much for your kind comment and feedback! You can try different variations, but for suspensions we recommend grabbing the palm of the whole hand rather than the fingers. The hands are strong enough to "resist" a bit against the cuffs and relief the pressure on the wrists when needed. About the insert mistake, there was an error during the export of the video. It has been fixed and re-uploaded now. We hope you enjoy this new tutorial!

In this case the two limbs are quite far apart so the hojo cuffs are a better option than a figure of eight tie. When the limbs are closer one to the other then both work fine, the figure of eight having the advantage of being more simple to execute.
