The subtitles are available on the tutorial video (not the demo as there is no talking). Maybe try to refresh the page?

You can add extra stability in a T shaped TK by actively pulling your own shoulders backwards (thinking about 'knitting' your shoulder blades together in the back) and slightly shortening the stem. A tight upper wrap will contribute to keeping the position of your body stable without you having to hold yourself! You will find a lot of useful information about shoulders and what sort of internal variations and positional explorations might suit you in the upcoming 'All About Shoulders' class that we will release soon!

You should always adapt a tie according to your bottom(s) feedback and preferences! If you find that Gestalta's method doesn't suit your partner(s) then you should definitely use a better suited variation.

As this is an original TK by Naka Akira, we cannot have anyone than him teaching it on our website. Unless permission has been given, we do not wish to have anyone teaching an original TK (or other 'branded' ties) designed by another instructor!

You must activate the subtitles by clicking the CC button in the video player (available for the tutorial videos only, not the demos as there is no tasing in these).
