The strappado is a very difficult and advanced tie with a high risk profile. It therefore might not be suitable for all bottoms. There will likely be color changes in the limbs due to blood flow, but it is important to do regular check-ins to make sure that your bottom is okay, and they should also be mindful of the risks to nerves. You want to avoid the more nervy areas on the arms, so you could try shifting the wraps up or down on the arm (avoid the elbow) to see if that fixes any nerve issues.🙏
