We're thrilled to hear that you found what you were looking for! Thank you so much😍

Thanks for your question. We recommend suspending the harness in the way that Kinoko suggests in the tutorial.

The half-hitch isn’t necessary, but could be added here to make handling easier even if you’re not joining rope. However, if adding the half-hitch here interrupts your flow, you could exclude it, as everything will be locked with the U-lock demonstrated around 8:30.

This was demonstrated in this way, with the basic form of the harness tied off, in order to show what the final form of the basic version would look like. You could re-route your extra rope to the side and begin building the side stems from there if you'd like to.

Sure! If you like using a larks head to start, you could absolutely do that. Make sure to build the wrap with two passes of rope (four pieces of rope total). And be sure to lock off (you’ll probably do this with a half hitch) before continuing to the upper wrap.

Hi there, thanks for your question! Those videos can be found in the 'Body Awareness 101' course, under the titles 'Hip Extension (Stretching the Psoas)' and 'Safe Backbending'. We've added the link to full course in the description above :)

Thanks for your question. As this performance is meant to be for inspiration rather than a technical instruction, we won't be able to answer that specific question here. However, you can reference Kinoko’s suspension line video and apply it to his updated TK.

Replied on Third Ropes For TK

Hi there, the TK used here is a 'Naka style' two ropes TK, which we do not have a tutorial for on our platform. We recommend using any stemless TK such as 'Gorgone's TK' as an alternative for this tutorial!
