Replied on Frictions Lexicon

Hi there! The mention of these two hours by Gorgone refers to their recommendation for practicing and mastering all the techniques covered in the videos. It's not the total length of the videos themselves. Taking the time to practice over a span of two hours can really help you get comfortable with the frictions taught in the course :)

You could definitely experiment with grabbing just the top wrap from the thigh line! Though one of the benefits of tying the third rope as Tam does here, is that the stem prevents lateral sliding. If you just grab the top wrap, you might find that your bottom can slip and slide around from side to side more than you see in this video.

Hi there, thanks for your question! Could you please tell us more about where on the body you’re experiencing pinch and where on the body you’re experimenting with placement?

Hi! Thanks for your question. Due to the amount of frictions/bulk in the front of this harness, we don’t recommend suspending from the back. If you need a back-loading hip harness, you could try the Hip Loader by Gorgone.
