Januarys theme - Reflection & Intention

How do you like to prepare a space for rope (music, lighting, mindset)?

I really loved this prompt as music features so heavily in my planning of rope scenes, but having watched some really powerful scenes conducted in complete silence, just the creak of rope, the sound of breath and gentle (and sometimes not to gentle) whimpers and moans from a bottom.
