so many switches end up being the local top that is for sure. Feels like there needs to be some special category for "switches seeking bottom experiences" on dating sites and at kink events 😂

Adrian that's some amazing insight, as someone who doesn't bottom for rope (I self tie but I don't really think that's comparable) I'm always in awe at that development that bottoms have to become comfortable with discomfort

Rainbow Masochist so much so, if you haven't heard of the Dunning-Kruger effect definitely something to look at, its a well known science around skill acquisition and how we learn the amount of things we don't know usually outweighs what we do know.

We really value being able to connect with the community this way so I'm glad that comes across. In terms of vertical harnesses, its not uncommon for the lower side of the chest to take the majority of the load. One thing I always think about is that load will mostly be opposite the upline. Your solution to load the legs is a great way of handling this, it will reduce the load on the chest and shift some of this to the less sensitive legs. One other thing to explore is to attach lines to the upper wraps of the harness and tensioning directly to the post, again this will share some of the load away from the bottom wrap of the harness.
